When breathing suffers, which workouts suffer?

ALL OF THEM. Yeah I know.

But which exercises are the absolute hardest if you dont breathe correctly?

Mine are overhead presses. Seated, Standing, DBs, Barbells...if I dont breathe right, I suffer tremendously.

If I fuck up breathing correctly on other exercises, I can usually get into character in mid pump, but overhead presses? Fuck you. I could drop them right onto my feet!

I guess another would be curling..

    Deadlift after herniation 385lbs 3x3 (3/17)

I cannot say I even think to much about breathing. It is very natural for me for all forms of exercises. However, if I was to pick one that I feel would suffer most, it would be deadlift or possibly squats. I know I really fill up my lungs and tighten up the core for each rep.

I'm with Phred. I must maintain perfect concentration and breathing to deadlift or squat, I guess because both exercises demand core stability. I also must breath properly to work my abs.
Over-head pressing doesn’t require much breathing focus or concentration for me.

Id probably have to say Bench press, I think its the one excersize that requires my 100% concentration and breathing if im going to get a good workout from it.

Squats and Overhead Press. In fact anything that require pushing vertically upwards. Even chins. If I don't concentrate right, the strength doesn't come out.

When I do seated overhead presses with DBs, if I dont breathe right rhythmically, even the 70s will give me a run for my money.

Preacher curls were always a bitch too when going heavy. But that cushion pushing onto my chest never helped...
