it seems to me that i can't gain anymore strength and mass..it seems like someone just pulled the E-Brake on me. my diet is ok, protein is around 200-250g's and carbs are around 250-300g's and fats are around 80g's. training is push/legs/pull. nothing seems right to me anymore
. maybe sometime down the rode i'll Hit a mass/strength spurt. working out in the summer seems useless for me. my best strength gains seem to be in the winter...i dunno why, maybe i'm eating more and training harder.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

i think your lazy, and you really dont eat or train the way you say you do. as much as you would like to believe it.
if you were doing what you were saying you wouldnt be plateauing, especially at your age. you take too much nonsense and your diet is probably shit. you live in a fantasy world
stop the bullshitting, your cheating no one but yourself. and this doesnt belong in the training section, it belongs in open chat
hopefully something will spike soon. if not i'm forced to Roids![]()

lol but i do hope something does happen.i'll just be patient(sp?)

start your first cycle at 16that would be cool
Eat and sleep more - you should have the time, what else does a 16 y/o do?
I'd go on steroids tbh and be a beast.
it is because you train to failure every set, take a week off, and when you come back stop training to failure every set. You are probably overtrained.

Periodization.
Any kind will do.
Do something other than Push/Pull/Legs for a change.
"Do what youve always done, get what youve always gotten."
Enough is enough, and its time for a change.
With all the priceless information on Ironmag there really is no excuse for somebody of your age to be plateauing. End of fucking story.

Am I Dehydrated? + training to failure every set + you are plateuing = overtraining, take a week off, and when you come back set up a periodized plan that includes unloading, and not training to failure every set.
What are you talking about? Looks to me like your bench just went up another 10-15 pounds.
In terms of mass, you're only eating about 2700 calories a day. That's probably not enough for a 183 pound 16 year old to gain mass. Bump it up 5% or so and see what happens.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

Cowpimp- it went up 5lbs, i wish it was as easy gaining lbs on my bench as it was before. i will bump my cals up some

Thats what i mean, Kenwood. What exactly are you going to do to "hit" them while youre "focusing"?
All ive seen at the moment is you trying to psyche yourself up with buzz words.
Read the advice and the stickies and actually try and absorb some of the information, and maybe you'll learn something. Perhaps if you did that people would stop giving you crap all the time.
