    Post your workout and diet.

You are either doing too much arm work or not enough.

Ok I read some of your journal and your workouts are Horrid!!

You need to get off the pussy exercises like cable flys, peck deck....and all the machine work. You need to do an upper/lower split 2x a week or Push/pull/legs.

Some exercise suggestions.....this is not a list of what you should do but rather a list for you to choose some exercises from to create your workouts.

    Pull

Barbell, T bar or Dumbbell Rows
Lat pulls in front of the neck...wide or medium grip
    Pull-ups ( biceps)
    Dead lifts
    Dumbbell curls
    Hammer curls
    Cleans

    Push

    Barbell or Dumbbell bench press
    Barbell or Dumbbell incline press
    Military press
    Dumbbell military press
    Close grip bench ( triceps)
    Lying tri ext
    Dips ( triceps)

    Legs
    Squats
Stiff leg dead lift ( hamstrings and low back)
Leg press ( squats are way better IMO)
    Lunges
Hamstring curls ( SLDL is better)
    Calf raises

Reps from 5-12.....look at gopros training sticky for more info on how to mix up your rep ranges.

Just some ideas for you to work with

I think you definately need to concentrate on big core excersizes, peck decks and sissy flyes arent gonna do much for your arms. When i first started training I trained a year or maybe more doing bullshit like that and I made jack shit gains, however when I started doing heavy deads, squats etc I made great gains, in my arms aswell. Try to focus on big compound movements, I reckon if your workout cosisted of just incline bench, squats, deadlifts, chins up and rows you would make some very noticeable gains in your arms, its still good to do some isolation work but dont make it your priority. And obviously dont forget to eat and rest accordingly.

    Good luck

Yup, after listening to these guys i stopped doing direct arm work, and nothing bad has come of it. Ive gotten bigger and stronger by dedicating more time to compound lifts. Leave the crap at the door and youll thank yourself for it on the way out.

    dan,

your diet is really poor. frozen Jimmy dean sausage biscuits, orange juice, pork, soy protein bars, all garbage. you are what you eat

start reading up on nutrition or look at my old journal, and other members journals to see what they are eating. the only way to fix it is to educate yourself
