    Squat/DL vids with poor form?

    I suspect that my DL/squat for is quite poor and i want to compare it to someone elses. Anyone know of any links to vids of someone doing squats/DL with exceptionally poor form?

    Yeah I'm dead serious. I really wish I could DL like that. I have the olympic bar loaded up right now and I am studying his movement so I can replicate it exactly!! I'm so excited!!

    Good luck with that bud, he's probably been doing this for atleast a good 20 years to get form that perfect.

    i think i have a poor squat form considering i only feel the after affect on my left leg..left leg also has a bit more muscle too
    5'9 1/2, 150 lbs
    Max Bench: 165 lbs
    Max Squat: 205 lbs (suprised me when I tried =P)

    This is actually something Id like to look at too. NASM gives you examples, but just "common compensations" that are pointed out, not demonstrated.

    Exaggerated vids do nothing for knowledge either. I wouldnt say most of IM's members have perfect form, but I wouldnt say they have the worst. Just slight imperfections Id say 95% of us have...and I want those imperfections pointed out.
