A high rep pump set at the end of every workout is great for burning fat and creating a vascular ripped look.

You also need to do heavy jump squats. I recommend you put a 200lb barbell on your back and run down the stairs in your house.

    I certainly hope so.

Griffin, that would be a stupid idea. Why put that much more effort into K*nw**d when you can just ban hím? Seriously though, mods, why haven't you banned him already? Nobody likes him, even the mods don't. He doesn't contribute anything. He spams. Etc.

    "I still train bodyparts.
I still do high reps to get toned.
Yes i can target my inner/outer/lower/upp chest.
You don't need a retareded diet.
    I choose isolation over compound.
I still think anyone can get as big as Jay cutler."

Did you mean to spell retarded wrong?

The routine looks okay, but you should make every exercise use pyramid sets. do 5 sets working up to your max load, then 1 set at that, then 5 sets working back down from your max load.

    For every exercise.
