    check out my split routine

    I am trying to get cut for summer so here it is

    Monday: chest/back
    Tuesday:cardio
    Wednesday:legs abs
    Thursday:cardio
    Friday:bicep/tricep
    Saturday:cardio
    Sunday:shoulders/abs


    Hows it look
    Can't lift it just go SSJ!!!!

    Hows it look
    not to bad, but could ya post your diet to, that will also help.and if you do your cardio, do it in the morn, right after waking up.

    my diet
    5:30 am 3 egg white 1 whole egg scarmbled, 1 can of tuna
    8:30 am protein bar
    12:00 pm turkey sandwich, apple
    3:30 pm creatine, 4 ounce chicken breast
    6:30 pm whatever for dinner

    about a gallon of water a day
    Can't lift it just go SSJ!!!!

    Yeah i agree, growth only takes place when u rest not when u work out.

    I like how you lift every other day.

    Why not throw bis and tris in after shoulders and there's another day freed up.

    Also, no ned to jump into that much cardio straight away. One or two days a week fr about 15 minutes at first is fine. Save more "extreme" cardio (as in more of it) as your wild card for a few weeks into the diet when things stop progressing ie fat loss slows right down.

    dam you must be cutting because i sow food down all day long and im still hungry after eating a can of sammon and half a loaf of bread and thats jsut one meal for me...lol thats sik aint it...
    then i eat a can of fruit and 2 picees of chiken brest some corn
    apple juice all day long and oatmeal a few tiems a day..

    but im going for lots of mass my dad is 5'9 he went to 245lbs and 18" arms... that was about 5 yrs ago so if i trained to gain mass the rest of my life i could get way heavier than he was rrihgt???
