    Cool Flexibility Band (Theraband)

    Do you guys ever use a Flexibility Band for strength training? Is it as effective as using dumbbells? (10-15 pound du mbbells that is)

    Yes I use it and love it. Got into it back in 1998 when I was on vacation in Italy.

    I use them sometimes with people. Mostly we use free weights though.

    they can be okay if you travel.

    I have a couple that I use to warm up with on occassion. IMHO, not enough resistance for strength training.
