    Is this an ok workout?

The workout in my journal you all said was too much for chest and not enough for other body parts so here is a routine I made

    Monday - chest

    Incline press 5x5
    150 pushups

    Tuesday- bicep, tricep
    Alternating dumbell curls 3x10-15
    Barbell preacher curls 3x8-10
    CG bench press 3x8
    Dumbell tricep extensions 3x8
    SkullKrusherz 3x10

    Wedesday- Shoulders, back

    Military press 3x8-10
    DB Press 3x10
    DB Shrugs 3x20
    Pulldowns to front 3x10-15
    Pulldowns to back3x10-12
    barbell rows 3x8
    seated cable rows 3x10-12
    Deadlifts 5x5

    Thursday- Legs, chest

    Squats 3x8-12
    Leg extensions 3x10-15
    One legged leg extensions 3x8
    Incline press 3x5
    150 pushups

The reason I dont have a lot on leg day is because today my left knee hurts to the left of the knee cap.
    5'6 155lbs
    bench 275x3
    squat 375x2
    deadlift 385x3

And please dont say it is bad just because it is me posting it because that is what you did when I posted the 5x5 workout and you said it was crap but then someone else posted it and you thought it was good.

Are the exercises in order? I think the first thing you should consider is alternating between body parts on the same day. Like do 1 exercise for tris then one for bis, then back and forth. Rather than doing all your bicep exercises in a row, then all your tricep exercises in a row.

Looks good I made some changes in red. At your age I dont really think you should do dead lifts or squats, some isolation work would be safer till you get to 16+.

Since your doing incline presses i would add a flat press in there, and also a form of flyes would be beneficial as well.

Why not? I see no reason he can't. There's no reason to go balls to the wall failure, but what is it about 16 that makes it okay to squat suddenly?
