I was surfing the web for local gyms last week. A site featured full-body photos of their personal trainers. These guys looked to be in only average condition. I'd certainly not care much about any advice these guys might offer.
I'd want to be around some hardcore SOB with a monster body calling me a pu**y, or at least someone that looks like he'd worked out before.

I completely agree i asked this guy if he knew any ways to increase the dificulty of dips and this fuckers like yea lemme put a some 45 plates on your legs and we'll see if that makes em hard enough for you.i only used one 45 plate but for sets of 25 thats hard the first set...the whole time he's like increase the weight.so i would..."you got that, next time use two 45's"...this guy was awesome.....fist tiem dips have made me sore that i can remember......workin out with a oldschool lifter is the best.
