    What happened to me?

Figured I'd ask on here as well...

So I'm doing flat bench and doing my working set of 315...I feel great...I hit it for 7 times, I was breathing on every rep. I put it back up after a little struggle on the last one with a spotter.

I get up and all the sudden...I'm very dizzy, and my head is POUNDING. Like the worst headache I ever had but 5x worse. I took a little break, and tried to finish the workout but I just kind of felt out of it, and my head was still hurting.

Few hours later it went away...Then yesterday (it originally happened monday) I started to do arms and the same exact headache came right back.

Anyone know how this happended? I took a little caffiene before my workout, but I've done that many times.

I bet it has something to do with high or low blood pressure

Really think overtraining? The headache was exercise induced, basically as soon as I started straining (heavy) it came back.

I only workout 4 days a week, 60-70 minutes tops.

Ya I think thats what originally caused it. I breathe perfectly on every rep, then the last one where I'm really struggling to get up, I seem to NOT breathe

Ask your grandparents? They probably have a blood pressure monitor.

    could be breathing.

sounds like it is probably blood pressure related.

Do you usually take caffeine prior to your workout? Do you take caffeine daily? Were you taking more caffeine then you are used to? Were you/are your hydrated properly?

it probably isn't what it was when you took the excess caffeine and were straining under heavy weight.
