I have it and read it, it's okay but some of the info is bogus, especially training routines, but overall it's a good read.

most of the info is bogus for anyone training natural. Franco's books are WAY better especailly for anyone wanting to learn the science behind various training principles.

Arnie is the man but he is a gentic freak and would have a fantastic physique if he never lifted a weight and ate donuts and pizza all day. His books are so very overrated.

I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

when you combine freak genetics and AS it is very hard to overtrain.

As a form of soft-porn....its great!!!!!!!!! I got it so that I could learn most of the technical stuff.....that was the only one I had heard about (By way of books with credible info)....I believe its worth the money.......at least now I can understand how and why you lift certain ways...and not get hurt!!!!!

Unfortunately...over here in the grand land of Oz....there isnt really a very big following in bb....its slowly increasing....but to find any material.....really hard!!!!
Smile at your enemies, it'll drive them crazy.........'cos that twinkle in your eye means your up to something!!!!

    it has so much info.
to give any specific examples I would have to dig up the book, but the first thing that comes to mind is over training!

I agree, Arnold has excellent genetics, but he would not have a fantastic physique without hard training and good diet.

well he would not have had low bodyfat but his symmetry and muscle density were all prominent when Arnie was still a young teen.

Imagine if he had access to Cell-Tech back in the day he would have been a monster !
