    My cutting schedule,, please advise,,

    Hi every body,, I hope every body is doing fine,,

    I am about to start my cutting schedule and thinking of good and effective training schedule,, I come up with the coming training schedule,,, Please advise,,

    Day 1,,, Chest + shoulders + Triceps

    Day 2,,, 60 mins Cardio + ABS

    Day 3,,, Back + Biceps + Legs

    Day 4,,, Rest

    Day 5,,, 60 Mins Cardio + ABS

    Day 6,,, Full body rotation, 2 exercise for each muscle

    Day 7,,, 60 mins Cardio + ABS
    GO HARD OR GO HOME
