    Push/Pull Workout/other

    Now this is the last week im doing the two day a week workout with selected excercises. Im looking to do either a push/pull workout next week for bout a month...or maybe upper/lower...before i try the westside again...

    Wut should i do, which one will set me up for westside...nd how many days a week...etc...

    a fountain . i'd like to think of myself as a bomb, canon, or a bullet . you could do a fullbody push/pull 2days aweek .

    Id either go with upper/lower or fullbody.

    IMO fullbody is supirior, but they are both sound splits. The edge a fullbody has is the power of conditioning.

    Ill prob end up goin with a upper/lower....now...how many excecises should i do for like an upper day...would it be like two per body part...or wut?!f
