    My first leg day of powerlifting.

    I dont know if they are good or they need some improvement but hey, you gotta start somewhere. Here they are...

    Back Squat- in kgs
    30kgx8
    35kgx5
    35kgx5
    35kgx5
    35kgx6

    Deadlifts in kgs

    20x8
    30x6
    35x6
    35x8
    35x5

    I dont have really strong so i wouldnt be surprised if they were bad..
