Workout help

I've just bought a bench with 'leg developer' attachment (basically seatin leg curl and lying leg extension added to a bench where you can raise/lower the incline) and along with a barbell and two dumbells and york concrete/vinyl plates and was wonder what free weight exercises I could do instead of lat pulldown and tricep pull down and seated rows (machine exercises basically) as i dont have the space for a weight stack @ the moment.

Any ideas guys?

Bentover barbell row/dumbell row, skullcrushers (triceps extensions) and chins/pullups.

Thanks for what. I dont have a chinup/pull up bar as they dont fit in my doorways wide enough to do a wide grip chin/pull up. Thinkin about getting a chin up/pull up/ dip station

instead of lat pull-down you can do pull-ups, when you get too strong do the with a dumbbell between your legs. For tricep pulldowns, do DB overhead extensions. Instead of seated rows you can do DB/BB rows, you couldn't figure that out on your own lol

As I said in my previous post the doorways in my house arent wide enough to do wide grip pull ups and I am thinkin of gettin a pull up stand when I can find the cash/space

you don't need to do wide grip pull-ups, regular grip is fine, and I heard some mods say they are better. There is no park or anything near you with monkey bars? be creative, I am sure youll find something to do them on, for now do rows in there place.

Like mike said, I think going too wide on the grip is unnecessary. However, there are pullup bars available that kind of anchor into the door jamb in such a way that the bar you grip is in front of the doorway, not in it.

I'm not sure where to get one, but a Google search for various pullup bars would probably yield you results.
