Sometimes after i've just done a set, and i waddle over to mates by the dumbell racks who are doing say incline presses, and yeah i can grab 2x27.5 kgs (60 lbs) and throw them around for a couple of reps to show off abit - and i like to think my bi's are a strong point.

Mind you on the odd occasion i curl these days, i find a 12.5kg bar and 2x10kg (50 lbs) plates sufficient as i'm burned from rows or chins.

JimSnow, my deadlift and Squat got a cunt hair better, but they are both now null and voided. I cant do any heavy lower body for now due to a hernatied disk. I just now started doing BW squats.

My bench is getting better, however.
