    hard time getting BIG

I have been training for some time now....I used to be really lazy and take days off but now I have been back at a 3 day split for about 3 weeks now. I just started taking Protein and I am thinking of Creatine. I think I may naturally be a hrad gainer. Anyone else had this problem? Can you give me a routine to help me gain mass quickly? thanx

You cannot really gain mass quickly unless you're a genetic freak or on drugs.

    Try this routine

    SQUAT HARD!

    Eat Big! Rest much.

    DEADLIFT HARD!

    Eat Big! Rest much.

Then throw in some heavy presses and and some chins or rows and you will grow! Simple isnt it?

If you are truly a hard gainer you should look into a breif and infrequent program. Check out cyberpump . You can find great info on training for "hard gainers".

To refuse to learn anything that could prove beneficial to yourself is a working definition of stupid!

High-intensity training is going all-out, not almost all out. It is taking one set to one's absolute limit, not almost to the limit. It is using whatever equipment’s available. It is not the words of two or three men, but a commitment to work as hard as possible while in the gym without socializing, resting excessively between sets, or falling prey to the 'this isn't going to work so I'll copy the star' attitude"
