    Attacking the glutes?

    Hi all,

I currently swear by squats and walking lunges but is it enough.

I want to hit the top half of the glutes, i think my butt looks to low and needs to sit higher

What can i do to make it look higher?

    Thanks in advance.

    for your glutes try:

    RDL
    deadlifts
    glute bridges
    x-band walks
    step ups

Working on your glute medius and minimus may help, as the muscles are kind of up around the waistline area. Unfortunately, you aren't going to be able to hypertrophy only the top of your glute maxiumus.

Losing some body fat may also help. It seems like a lot of fat tends to be stored more toward the lower portion of the butt, but obviously this varies considerably based on the person.

Since this is very subjective, I think you need to submit some pictures to get some 3rd party opinions.

Alright, but try to make them different than the pictures of your butt that you e-mailed me.
