    Football workouts?

    Does anyone have a good offseason work out specifically for football?

    football

    MONDAY-heavy bench, incline, dumbbell bench (month 1 do sets of 5, month 2 do 3's, month 3 do 2's, and one down set of 8-10 or rep 225 out for all months)
    -weighted dip-3x8
    -box pushups-4x25
    -arm routine
    TUESDAY-squat, mon1 4x5 mon 2 and 3 4x3
    -leg press-mon 1 3x15 mon 2 and 3 3x25
    -leg extensions and curls 3x12
    -calf raises
    WEDNESDAY-dumbbell/behind neck press-4x8
    -front and side lat raises-3x10
    -plate raises-3x10
    -shrugs-4x10
    THURSDAY-closegrip bench-3x5, mon 2 and 3-3x3
    -widegrip-same
    -flat bench flyes-3x10
    -incline flyes-3x10
    -arms
    FRIDAY-power cleans-3x5, mon 2 and 3-3x3
    -hang clean and jerk-3x5
    -snatch-3x5
    -pullups-3x failure
    -cable rows-3x8
    -one arm dumbbell rows-3x8

    fit in 2 days of sprints and plyos, and two days of agilities
    that is what i am doing and am one of thh strongest guys on my team and am trained by a former northwestern strength coach
