    Fat distribution

Hypothetically speaking, if you work your left arm only, would your right arm hold more fat?

Or if you work your upper body more, would your legs hold more fat?

has there been studies done on this?

don't know if there has been a study or not.

Work out your left arm and it gets more muscular and stronger. The right arm probably wont get any more muscular, but it will gain a small amount of strength (there are studies on that).

As far as lower body upper body and fat deposition, it is all going to really matter, where you genetically hold fat.

If I train only my upper body, my legs will just get skinny. they wont get fat because I don't really hold any fat on my legs. they will jsut be small.

That sounds odd. I read that from your guys other thread. It still doesn't add up for me.

    One more question.

Is it accurate to gauge how much fat you store in certain parts of your body by pinching it?

    my butt seams fine.

it's my stomache that I'm not liking. Pinched, my stomache has about an inch of fat. My arm pinched, has about a milimetre, with veins showing everywhere.

I work my arm the most, and my stomache the least, maybe this isn't a coincidence?

    Is it fat or skin?

Are you eating enough? You dont think your in starvation mode and holding on to it?

When I cut I dont store anywhere.

Most men store their fat primarily in their abdominal region. I'm the same way, when I cut I lose fat from my arms and chest, then my stomach. I don't think it has to do with how much you work out your abs.

The part about gaining strength in the opposite arm shoudn't be that ODD. It is just neuromuscular efficiency.

It is partially accurate to pinch body parts to gauge your fat. This is called skin fold testing. Someone working at your gym could probably do it for you and give you an estimate of what your BF% is. Some people only do 3 sites (not as accurate) and some people to up to 7 or 9 sites (more accurate).

I'd agree with this. I use to be one of those people who only worked upper body. My legs didn't really get any fat on them. For me, I gain it on my mid section before anywhere else.
