    YTWL's

I was thinking of adding YTWL's to my workout. I can sort of see the basic idea of them, but I'm having trouble finding a good explanation of exactly how to do them. Does anyone know a good link with pictures and/or video? Thanks.

Nah, he trains at the UMD gym. He's a good friend of mine though. I think he actually introduced me to this site.
