any advice for using the ACCU MEASURE?

    Hiya,

I tried it today and got varied results....

I know to pinch above the right hip bone, but how much do i pinch.

I ask because i get a different amount each time depending on how wide my fingers are apart b4 i pinch.

    Any tips?

    Thanks

keep trying until you start getting the same reading over and over

just takes a little getting used to

as long as you are being very consistant with the way you self-measure, you will be getting useful feedback, even if not 100% absolutely accurate you will be aware of the direction you are moving in.. which is better than nothing

Just be consistent in your pinches. I wouldn't reccommend try to figure out your BF by yourself.

Use these measurements as a guage of progress.

What is a body percentage going to tell you?

Just look in the mirror, and how your clothes fit. Either you are happy or your not.

    pinch an inch!!

place your fingers about an inch apart and then squeeze and place the calipers about a quarter inch away from your fingers.
