I Think that i am quite common amongst guys and i have big arms and really the rest of my body needs to catch up, i have found through IM and other people that you dont really have to have a seperate day to do arms as they are worked doing other bodyparts but i know my legs are really skinny and this is what i need to work hard at...

Well yea...ur right...im just the opposite tho...i was on the swim team for four years of high skewl...nd never really lifted till bout halfway through the summer before going to college...nd my body is just he opposite cus i used to do butterfly a lot...my traps are madd big ( so im told) cus everyone thinks i wus either a wrestler or football player. i tell them that i wus a swimmer nd they just look at me in shock. but since i swam butterfly nd backstrooke, my traps nd my back were naturally big...my arms just never seemed to catch up...haha...

I do think everyone thinks (starting out) that doing curls will give you the big arms you desire. Well Most people dont even know there is a tricep. All most know are biceps.

three kids?? I guess I shouldn't complain then... I have three kids and all I have is a little excess skin.. but not flabby...I can still see the lines in my abs, so it's all good

But then again, we are all anal creatures, so I can totally see where you are coming from

I actually was perfectly happy with myself until I herniated my disk. In fact, Id say 1-2 weeks before my injury, my legs were bigger and cutter than ever.

Now...well you can guess what I want.

I like my arms, I actually started out doing triceps and not biceps maybe it helped, my back is bigger than I thought when I took a pic today (its posted here) but my legs are way to weak and my bones are fairly large so I would like and feel Im capable of having really big powerfull legs and my shoulders I want bigger...I hope my chest becomes larger but it gets stronger so I cant complain...Im gonna do some dumbells and hope that helps
Overall I am certainly pleased I checked my first post here from 14 months ago Ive gained 17 pounds (from my heaviest weight which was in the summer) my bench went from 165X5 to 210X5 about and military from 95X6 - 145X5 today so Im pleased and hard work pays off and so does eatin well...even though I couldve been far more productive this summer.

    nice thread

17 pounds and your bf is close to the same? If so that is a hell of an accomplishment. Good hard work!

I'm pretty content with the way I look these days. I was overweight for so long that it still takes me by surprise when I see pictures or video of myself. For a brief second I always think to myself "who is that guy" then I realize it's an "in shape" me. I guess if I had to pick one thing it would be to drop a little more body fat, but I'm not picky.

I look great size wise, but my abs have smoothed out. This summer I was ripped and looked like shit with perfect abs. Someday I'll get it right.

Thighs too big for my calves.
Forearms too small / weak for my deadlifts.
A few pounds of fat gone - cutting now so in 2 months i'll be fine.

Im in a no win situation at the moment because really i could do with putting on some weight especially my legs, but as i said before ive got into running and since i started i have lost nearly five kilos. It looks good around the midsection with some of my love handles dissapearing, but obviously it has made my legs look even smaller......
