    Fat loss

    Would a full body workout 3x a week mixed in with some cardio or a split routine 3x a week mixed in with cardio be better for fat loss??

    As long as the program is well structured and you stick to big taxing lifts you'll be okay.

    I have been doing 3 Full Body HIT routines w/ 20minute cardio session 3-4x a week for the past 6wks. I lost 8lbs of fat with litte to no muscle loss.
