Whatever one you will stick to will be best.
The key to fat loss will be your diet.
Would a full body workout 3x a week mixed in with some cardio or a split routine 3x a week mixed in with cardio be better for fat loss??




As long as the program is well structured and you stick to big taxing lifts you'll be okay.
Just get your diet in check like Iain said.
