    Stuffing My Bra

Probably genetics (everbodys' chest seems to have bilateral variation)... but my right side pec is almost and inch further down in expansiveness. In the old days, I seem to remember, the recommendation was pullovers.

BTW - since I've lost 4 lbs. since my first gallery photo... I can see evidence that my left teat looks like it's catching up a little.

lol...nice wording. Thats a tuff one. I can understand it if chest was something that u can train individually...i.e-lats- dumbell rows...maybe one is stronger nd bigger. But i dont understand the chest thing. Interesting.
You are born small and weak, and you die small and weak. What you do in the middle is up to you.
There is ALWAYS room for improvement

I have the same issue but I'm right handed and worked hard through various periods of my life ... construction work like concrete, stucko, sheet rock, carpentry, roofing and so on ... I just wrote it off as natural developement. Even after several years of training I'm still bigger on the right side than the left. I'm 46 and see no likelyhood of that changing now. Be interesting to hear what others say ...

Same deal with me. Right side larger due to construction work...
After three years of lifting I'm starting to even out and I'm finding out my left side is becoming stronger than my right.

The difference is probably more noticeable to yourself. Look at top level bodybuilders, they also have obvious asymmetries in their physiques, save for a lucky genetic few. People aren't as symmetrical as they would like to believe.

So using unilateral exercises can't correct the difference in sizes?

I always thought that the bodybuilders had symmetrical problems because they only do bilateral exercises (that allows them to use greater weights).
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

Maybe partially. However, I think some of it has to do with an uneven distribution of fat and different muscle shape between sides.

I'm not really worried about all the lack of symmetry I have. It's just that when I'm shopping for womens' garments, the salesperson always asks... "what size is she?". "About my size."
