Exactly. If you want something enough, you'll find within yourself whatever it takes to make it happen.

I too just love doing it.

Footballers love to play Football. Golfers Golf because they love it. I lift because i love to lift.

I love the challenges: long term to improve myself; short term to get through a session hitting as many targets as possible.

I love reading about it, getting deeper insight into different training methods and ideas.

Everything...it just kicks ass. Its the best thing ive ever done.

Oh yeah, I love it too. That's another reason I do it.

Dietting is the only part that needs some motivation.

gym is the best, but without my workout routine (if i forgot the exercises or my paper) then i just sit on benches trying to think...then lazy off and do something else.

If i dont go i feel guilty and stay at home and do basically nothing.

    Easy for me.

I've always wanted to do it! Since I'm 45... this is my last chance. I don't want to regret that I never gave this a serious effort.

Damn, I have so many ideas for making an ass out of myself from the feedback here. I might as well do it on a grand scale!

Any exercises to isolate my butt?

    Kneeling squats are good.

I do them unweighted as a warmup exercise, but i guess if you used knee pads and used a barbell itd kick ass!

    Literally!

Interesting. So many different exercises you learn about on this board!

I wish the site had a complete list w/ descriptions! Not just the butt exercises, LOL!

BTW - The site could use some glosseries! The search function doesn't seem to be effective either. What do I know... I'm just an ass to everyone here!

I exercise because I used to be a fat 300lb slob and will NEVER go back to that.

Being 'lean and trim' is the best feeling I have ever had in my life and I would not consider trading it for ANYTHING other than 'fuckin ripped'. There are NO other options to be considered.

Tool and other various motivational tunes keep me going.
The girls I couldn't get while fat.
    The fun I never had.
All the shit I just plain COULDN'T do.

But that's just me, finding motivation is everyone's unique battle.
On a long enough timeline, the survival rate for everyone drops to zero.
