    Dumbell Exercises

    I was just wondering what other exercises i could do with my dumbells apart from curls and alternate curls.

    Anyone with any tips, plz reply

    are you talking about just for bi's or everything in general cause you can get a total workout using DB's, just give us more specifics on what your looking for (i.e. - bi's, shoulders, chest, back)

    Here's a link to a site that shows exercises for BB, DB, Cable, and machine. You can do anything with just DB.

    shoulder shrugs (traps) , flys , standing arm extensions , over the head (triceps) ..... many more

    Holly crap, you can do chest, some back. shoulders, traps, some legs and hams (semi stiff deads) and arms. the only thing you cannot do is a complete back workout. i use dumbells almoust exclusivelly.

    there is so much to do with db and no bench

    I prefer barbell workouts better than dumbell workouts!!!
