i am 16 and is there any good routines i could stick to in order to work the right muscle groups?

what i mean by the right muscle groups is each day should i work lower body and then next day upper body or what and the stuff on the homepage was actually very helpfull

ive been lifting for a couple of months, 16 years old, no supps, and as for routine that is what im tryin to get is a good routine right now
read the stickies fully and you'll either come across or develop your own routine along the way
I recommend a basic full body program utilizing freeweight compound exercises. Just stick to the basics, keep things fairly light, and hammer your form. You will see great gains with something basic like this which is done 2-3 times each week (Day 1 workout A, Day 2 workout B, Day 3 workout A, etc.):
Workout A:
Squat
Seated Row
Bench Press
Workout B:
Deadlift
Overhead Press
Chinups
