Be patient and stick to it. It will happen. Forget the drugs and myriad of supplements. Eat, rest and exercise right.

Spend a day reading the stickies.

All the muscle groups are right.

Read some of that stuff at the top of the homepage on this site.

Trust everyone when they tell you this. You'll get some very good stuff there. In fact, I need to re-visit! There's much info there.

read the stickies fully and you'll either come across or develop your own routine along the way

I recommend a basic full body program utilizing freeweight compound exercises. Just stick to the basics, keep things fairly light, and hammer your form. You will see great gains with something basic like this which is done 2-3 times each week (Day 1 workout A, Day 2 workout B, Day 3 workout A, etc.):

    Workout A:
    Squat
    Seated Row
    Bench Press

    Workout B:
    Deadlift
    Overhead Press
    Chinups
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

Gopro often recommends starting without shock week for a cycle or two.
