i prefer to do it with back as I dont like to both squat and deadlift on the same day.
Should I deadlift on my Pull day or my Legs day? I've seen this exercide listed as a back exercise and also as a leg exercise. Which one is it?

Ive done both, and both work well.
Im more inclined to list it as a leg exercise though.

Convo deads are for leg day, IMO.

I usually put them on a leg day as well. I can see making a case for rack pulls on a back day, but I still do them on leg days.

Leg day for me. However, if you do put them on back day, just make sure you don't skimp on the pulling movements as a result.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
