Well just a guess, i would say that u havn't gained alot of weight cuz of the fact that you have only been working out for a shot time. This stuff takes time unless your going to get into the steriods, (DONT) have some respect for your body. Pain is the only way to earn the weight that u gain. Keep up the good work.

I train tostay in shape for my job. Started when I joined the USMC at 19 but have tried diffrent things. I should have kept the weights as a major part but screwed up and didn't. Now I am 41 and am at the gym 4 days a week and I now see the results I should have seen 20 years ago.

I didnt start lifting all that long ago but it took me about 3mths till i but on any weight Then in one month i put on 5 1/2 kgs (12lbs) Alot (all of it) had to do with my diet and suppliments. Man you gotta eat shit loads of food but all good stuff lean meat, tuna salmon brown bread, brown rice/pasta, veggies, veggies, fruit (no that was not a mistake) eat my boy EAT EAT EAT!! Take some good supps, whey protien for starters.
When you work out lift hard and heavy, make sure you do compound exercises like deadlifts and squats. Make sure you lift with good tecnique NO CHEATING (unless your on your last couple of reps just to get your set out) Make sure you get plenty o rest musle grows when resting or repairing dont work out more than 3-4 times a week. These things will give your muscle a great enviroment to grow in and thats where you want our weight to come from not from a chunky layer o fat!! Stay at it be consistant and determined to get your results (take some photos too its good to be able to look back and SEE the results!!)

I've only been doing weights for proply for about 6 weeks.
I use to go to the local gym for about a year but seem I was young I worked on posture and balance on swiss ball. With this new weight training I've been working on a base and concentrating on muscular endurance. In just the 6 weeks my muscular endurance test went up alot. Some quick examples are
Full body dips 6 to 17
    Sit ups 25 to 50
I know its not body building yet, but its a start an I enjoy it.

muscle warrior - never said i was at a plateau. of course there have been peaks and valleys in the last 6 years but in the end i have always managed to continue growing and reaching for new goals. right now my goal by the end of june is at least a bench of 405.

don't need any guidance with regards to dieting and so forth, doing just fine on my own, thank!
