You can skim through my journal as well. I have sessions where I did that. You have to search around though; sometimes I post the workout and sometimes I just say "Circuit workout," or "GPP workout," or something like that.

What I'm referring to in my journals were actual workouts.

Yeah, the few times i tried serious circuits, there is no way i couldve lifted anything at all afterwards :P.
If you get it right its absolutely killer training.

Nothing as hardcore as CP i doubt.
Pretty much just plyometric circuits. Jump Squats, Hops, Bounding, Explosive Push Ups. Add in some sprints, and regular exercises like Chins and Dips and its pretty tough. Just cycled them in a (no shit) circuit. Tried to put some sort of structure to it like Upper/Lower/Sprint/Upper/Lower/Sprint, then rest 30s, and do it again but with different exercises, then repeat everything.

Hmm. Endurance training? Not primarily, but I can see it worked for endurance.
Hell, I remember the first time I tried one and its nothing near whats thought up around here. Bench then Row. Sounds easy right? Around the 3rd set, I was panting more than I have with the treadmill. There was NO rest in between bench and row, but maybe 30 sec of rest after the row. Of course, I am lot better now. That shit was maybe 2 years+ ago.

It is realy just a group of 3 or more exercises (usually non-competing exercises, like upper, lower, push, pull, etc..) done one exercise after another, with or without rest, for a certain number of sets.
