I had standing military press when I did the routine.
Hi, just finished week four of the 5x5 program that was on this site and have to say that the results have been very good. What I haven't really noticed is my traps or shoulders getting a good hard workout, i kow that they will be targetted with bench press and bent over row, but is there any need to add a coupld more small exercises like shrugs or side/front raises to target these muscles?

I wouldn't add excess lifting in a strength program like that.
Which version are you using? Intermediate or advanced?
I usually very my pressing and pulling over the three days. The only thing I stick to as the 5x5 template is the squat. Everything else is mixed around. Like

Thanks for the input, I'm currently doing the advanced version and just about to start the deloading/intensification phase, also noticed a drop in body fat by looking at diet carefully....except these damn chocolates!
