Muscle Massage and Stretching
Hey all. I kinda heard this before but I do not really know...Does massaging and stretching your muscles after your workouts help them grow better/healthier/more quickly or does it just help prevent soreness or something? Thanks.
Off the subject, P-funk you are my idol on here Lol. I was just curious how tall you are and how much you weigh if you don't mind answering. Hehe thanks |

it can help prevent soreness, restore tissue length, prevent adhesions, maintain joint flexibility. Stretching and massage have a lot of benefits.
I am 5'5", right now 180lbs. |

Massage/stretching are very good recovery strategies. Their use allows you to train more frequently and, thus, will get you stronger in the long run.

Massage and streching is good for health. I use to go for massage once a week. Its makes muscle stronger and gives a shape.
