Need to change my routine need advice please...
Hi
Im 31y 6' 2'' 200lbs 10%BF i started to bulk up again 2 weeks ago.My routine right now is Monday-chest,triceps,forearms Tuesday-back,biceps,forearms Thursday-legs Friday-Shoulders,Trap,calves I would like to change this routine because i have been doing this for the past 4 months,what would be a good bulking routine? i need change thanks |
