    Need to change my routine need advice please...

    Hi
    Im 31y 6' 2'' 200lbs 10%BF i started to bulk up again 2 weeks ago.My routine right now is Monday-chest,triceps,forearms
    Tuesday-back,biceps,forearms
    Thursday-legs
    Friday-Shoulders,Trap,calves
    I would like to change this routine because i have been doing this for the past 4 months,what would be a good bulking routine? i need change thanks

    Here we go again. You're gonna have everyone telling you to read the "stickies" at the top of the homepage.

    Just from the limited info provided... your workout is "uninformed". Best, you learn that now. The "stickies" have all the info you need to start thinking "better".

    What exercises/sets/reps/intensities are you using for all of that?
