incline flies form
I have a question for all about proper form/technique on incline flies. When i do flat flies i have no problem feeling it in my chest and knowing my form is right, however when i try to do incline flies i feel as thou the dumbells are falling foward as i decend into the stretch position. Also, not sure about the right range of motion and best bench angle. Basically id love to hear from anyone who has had success with this exercise as to their technique. Thanks !!

just drop them, there is no reason why you should have incline flies in your program, especially if you are already doing regular flies
