What does everyone use for a gym bag? What's in it?

I bought a nice UnderArmour one from Modell's but I don't really use it. When I do it has a change of clothes, workout binder, handtowels, my ipod and ipod carrier thing that allows it to be put around my arm, and whatever I had in my pockets on my way to the gym (keys, wallet, gum, etc) I carry my water bottle seperate, usually I jsut take my water bottle and grab a towel from inside.

I dunno... let me check. It's actually not a gymbag. It's two Walmart plastic bags, doubled up.

1 sat-on, half-eaten Xyience Apple Cinnamon Protein bar I didn't like last Summer.

16 Peanut Butter Balance Bars wrappers.

1/4 bottle of 32 ounce Orange Gatorade containing some backwash - I guess?

    2 crumpled copies of Watchtower.

Some loose mixed nuts at the bottom... still good.

Glad I finally cleaned that out.

I have a duffle bag that an old job I had gave everyone free. I need to clean it out. Actually, I need to get a new one. It was from a job I hated and the companies name is written on the side.

Don't use one. The less I bring to the gym the better. Usually only my towel.

Sometimes I bring a plastic bag with chalk and athletic tape. I hate bringing shit though. 99% of the time I don't bring a bag.

Yeah, but the one time I walked into a gym wearing only a towel... I got "mixed" reviews.

I have this huge bag made up of animal hides. I throw it over my shoulder and it's filled with the weights I use and a dead buffalo as a post workout meal.

I workout where I work, so I bring the following in my backpack:

    Post workout shake
Pre workout meal, if that wasn't consumed before I left for work
Any meals I will be eating throughout the work day
    Work clothes and fresh underclothes
    Conditioner
    Hair Brush
    Deodorant
Book(s) to read on the subway

Now that I've given up the bullshit local gym and train at home again, the bag's been retired

I feel left out. I do not have a gym bag.

I dont either. I keep thinking of one, because some days I do bring a lot of stuff (especially if I'm using boards for bench, bands, etc). Thus far though I've avoided toting one around. Just make sure not to leave it in the middle of the floor like some fools.
