I'm Banging My Head Against The Wall Now

9-06, when I first posted my gallery photo... not the ass shot - I expected I was about to hit my first plateau. I was 204.

When on vacation for a week... and lost 2 lbs.

Leveled off now at 200-201 lbs. But starting to loose maximum lifts last 4 weeks. I'm a grocery retail manager (on the clock) who was authorized to work unlimited hours in order to test a computer automated ordering system. My store is the first, and only, in the chain to date. This "test" started after vacation. I really don't have a choice right now.

I worked 55 hours last week, 62 this week.

I'm not getting "recovery time" visa an extremely physical job and excessive hours, though I manage to sleep at least 6 hours a day.

Any advice, assuming my diet is "in line"? This will go on through December.

    Testosterone?

Note: I'm experiencing upper body soreness daily now... both muscular and of a tendonitis nature. My arms are always fatigued.

Cut down the volume/frequency/intensity. Creatine might help here.

At least you don't have to do cardio.

Maybe if you cut down on banging your head against walls, it would help?

Sounds to me like your CNS is being overworked + not getting enough recovery time.

Have you reduced the volume of your workouts to compensate for this stint of physical work overload?
