    OVT Training

I'm was looking for a new program and I came across this article
    http://www.t-nation.com/findArticle.do?article=257ovt2

Has anybody here tried this program? Any thoughts on how effective it would be?

    Somebody "debunk" this!

I'm not familiar with the website. Not possible... without some bigtime juicing -even then, I have a lot a difficulty buying.

    Geesh.

I don't believe the 14 week transformation part. Just wondering about the routine.

He had most of that muscle mass built already, he just had a bunch of fat sitting on top of it. However, according to those numbers, he did gain 5 pounds of LBM or so on that program. Who knows if he was using "special supplements" though. I honestly have no idea if Thib juices or has done cycles at any point.

With that said, I see no problem with giving the program a try. Is it something I would do? No, but I have no qualms with people try programs suggested by respected trainers such as Thibideau. I don't necessarily agree with him on everything, but that doesn't mean it won't work.

I put the transformation a little outside of "reality".

I have to admit to myself... "Who knows?" Given what I'm doing versus "what I can do" - I've worked about about 30% of potential to date.

Any of a myriad of programs will offer results better than common testimony if faithfully applied. Just choose one and stick with it.

    Best advice... to myself.

The transformation is utter bullcrap. With a LOT of supplements and optical illusions on the before pictures, maybe.

I don't know about the program. It's not 'bad', I think.
