    Tricep Exercise Question

Lately I've noticed that Smith Machine CGBP blasts my Triceps! I feel it twice as much as I do on Flat Bench. I've even lightned the weight on flat bench to perfect my form and still seem to feel it better on the Smith Machine.

My question is...Will my triceps be effected from using the smith machine vs. the bench? Usually I start with the smith, then do skulls, and db press behind the head, and burnout on the cables...

I don't see how you could feel it more on the smith than on the bench. Sounds like bad form on the bench to me.
You guys are going to lose. You might as well just cheer for me, because Boston isn’t winning in Boston for the season opener. I’m sorry. " - Gilbert Arenas

I guess so...I've tried to lighten up the weight and do it perfect form according to trainers at the gym, and still like the smith machine better.

Watch your elbows on the flat as compared to the smith, Maybe you flare them out more on the way up, using your shoulders more?
