More Reps, or more Sets?
Hey,
Just wondering what would be the best thing to do, to gain musscle definition. I am just curious is i should stick to a 3 set routine, or change it up to a 4,5,or i even heard of 6. Let me now what works the best for you guys. Thanks Tyler. |
