What is the ideal time in between sets for hypertrophy?

I'm hoping that this section hasn't been exhausted elsewhere but what do you guys reckon is the ideal time in between sets for optimal hypertrophy?

I've heard it should 1min... but also 90 seconds but still in the 8-12 reps range.

Any help on this would be much appreciated
I love it when a plan comes together.

That long? I usually go for 30-45 seconds.

Or, when training with a partner, it's one right after the other.

I'm training for size right now and I'm using 90-120 sec. RI's. When I was doing a 5x5 type program I was resting 3-5 minutes in between sets.
