    Give Me Energy

So far my training is going well but some times i feel short of energy. Apart from supplements what would be the best thing to instanly gain energy before and during a workout?

what is your typical post workout meal and how long before training is it consumed ?
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

LAM did you mean PRE workout meal?

Personally, I lift first thing in the morning and have a large cup of coffee to get me going. There are lots of energy drinks (red bull) if you don't mind the sugar, otherwise, if you don't want supps, I don't know how to help.
