what are some exercises that can strenthen your rotator cuff? my dad hurt his about 20 years ago and he can barley throw a football without feeling pain. Is it to late to try to reabilitate it?
thank you

How did he hurt it?

Are you sure it is a rotator cuff injury?

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Dunno if it'll help, but I've been doing 'L-Flyes' for about a month , they seem to be helping my shoulder

There could be a lot of reasons for feeling pain during a throwing motion. The rotator cuff is certainly one of them, but that isn't necessarily what it is.

Has he ever been diagnosed by a professional?

Zactly I can hardly throw anymore, being a former pitcher. Thought it was my rotator, but MRI said otherwise.
