BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I get the "hot flashes" like you mention - but never the itching, sometimes sneezing fits... I'll go w/ the allergy thing.
Note: If you frequently sweat like I do... take plenty of showers and use a good lotion like Uni Derm. Also, pay attention to skin fungus that can be invisible except under the right conditions. Those can cause itching. |

I replace my shoes every two months. I've found it makes a hell of a lot of difference in fatigue levels. Geesh, now you've got me scatching by neck and shoulders. I'm itching!!! |

I get hot flashes too sometimes but that's because the stationary bike I warm up on is right next to the ladies locker room...
