Hot flashes during warmup

I get the "hot flashes" like you mention - but never the itching, sometimes sneezing fits... I'll go w/ the allergy thing.

Note: If you frequently sweat like I do... take plenty of showers and use a good lotion like Uni Derm. Also, pay attention to skin fungus that can be invisible except under the right conditions. Those can cause itching.

Just try to understand the affects bad footwear has on the central nervous system!

I replace my shoes every two months. I've found it makes a hell of a lot of difference in fatigue levels.

I get hot flashes too sometimes but that's because the stationary bike I warm up on is right next to the ladies locker room...
