You have to play around and see what doesn't cause him pain. He's had his knees examined by an orthopedist, correct?
I workout with an older guy and he has terrible knees. Squats are out of the question along with lunges. What kind of a leg workout would you guys go with for my old buddy? (Hes only 38),. But he has arthritis and things of that nature and has had some surgury on em.
I was thinking it would have to be with some light weights?
He also refs basketball games 4-5 nights a week so his knees take a beating then as well. I am not real familiar with this, I just dont want to suggest something to him and do worse for him rather than better.
Thanks fellers.....
