leg workouts

Stand on the edge of an elevated and push your body upwards with your calve(s). You could do it on the stairs.

nd how do i add weights to this exercise to make my calves stronger??? hold a dumbell in each hand?

Yeah. Or in 1 hand corresponding with the leg you're training.

You can do barbell calf raises without a rack, its not ideal and your not going to be able to use a stupidly heavy weight, but you can just clean the weight and lower it onto your shoulder, you can in theory do the same for squats if you dont have a rack, but again its not ideal and its best not to use a really heavy weight, its good for improving your clean though

Train them every other day , then once a week you can hit them really hard and heavy. The best little trick I know is at the top of your "raise" you bend your knee as much as you can and it will help cut your diamonds really nice. Check out my galleryfor proof, and if you have any other q's feel free to pm me. Good luck. Keep at this routine for a month and you WILL see progress. !!
