Can someone tell me what excercises work the same muscle for biceps and triceps. For example to skull crushers and dips work the same part of the tricep? Of the following excercises which ones work the same part of the muscle?
Triceps
dips, skullcrushers, db extensions, overhead triceps extension, pushdowns, close grip bench, kickbacks, etc

Biceps,
incline db curls, reverse curls, preacher curls, hammer curls, bb curls, alt db curls, concentration curls, etc. I have looked at that muscle directory but they dont have all of these excercises.
