According to what you had mentioned in a previous topic you've made, you are indeed over training your arms :P

I think he thinks they should be. I'm not sure howmany topics he's made about this, but I've definitly seen 3 on the first page regarding the guns. :P

Is that all you are focused on when you work out? Just the biceps or do you actually do full body workouts.

This forum should have a "best quotations" sticky. This would be one of them!

My question is: How many more threads are you gonna start or comment in before you get the truth in your mind???

Many of us have been trying to greatly assist you in your goals and regarding your program design. I think you should go through all the threads that pertain to you, and there are many of them, and read them again. Don't just read them, but have Microsoft Word open and when you see some good highlight points copy and paste that into Word for your future reference.

Whenever you get the urge to begin another thread stop first and consult your Word Document as well as other threads and see if that point has been covered already- because it probably has.

Sorry for the double post, but I have one more quick question...

What is up with the huge concern for your arms???!!! You bring that up every time you post!

Why the great fear of them not growing or worse yet getting smaller(which they probably are knowing the way you train)?
